It’s easy! Simply choose your product, send in your athlete’s information, and upload the photo you want used. Once your order is received, I’ll design your custom layout and send a proof for approval before final delivery.

2. Can I use my own photos?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to send any high-quality image you already have—professional photos, action shots, or even a great phone picture—as long as it’s clear, well-lit, and not blurry. The better the photo, the better the final product!

No problem at all! You can book a photoshoot with me, and I’ll capture the perfect image specifically for your card or magazine cover. These sessions are quick, fun, and designed to make your athlete look and FEEL like a star.

Most designs are completed within 3–5 business days after receiving your photo. If you need it sooner, rush options may be available—just ask!

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file that you can print, share online, or display however you like. Physical print options are available as an add on to your order.

Yes! I always send a digital proof for your review. You’ll be able to request small adjustments (like spelling, colors, or text changes) before we finalize your design.
